Sergia Louise Anderson Workshop

"Choreography Sampler" - Sergia will break down a      selection of her winning routines and she will also cover how to own the movement and command the stage. Work on putting your own awesome audience catching routine together and learn why Sergia is known as the "Firecracker" on stage.

Pole School at VFA

Come and spend the day at VFA and get a chance to learn all the aerial and fitness aspects we have to offer!  Pole School is an intense one day program which includes snacks and lunch and a certificate of completion.

930am - Chinese Pole Workshop

1030am - Upper Body Pole Boot Camp

1130-12pm Lunch

12pm - Pole Routine Workshop

1pm - Pole Silks Workshop

2pm - Stretch and Flex

330pm - Finish
